PERSONAL TRAINING TESTIMONY – BRUCE
Donna's training methods are tailored to each client's personal situation, taking time to understand the reasons why a person wants to train in the first place and working together to establish a plan which helps each client progress to their own individual targets and goals. To others I may not have appeared that unhealthy or unfit. However, it's what I felt that counted, and I felt burdened over a long period of time by too much extra weight caused by a lack of real exercise and lack of real attention to diet. This led me to Donna where her constantly varied training routines, simple diet tips and ever present enthusiasm has helped me to regain lost energy, strength and flexibility, achieve some healthy weight loss and a much improved feeling of general well being.
I had procrastinated for years about improving my health and fitness but eventually realised if I wanted to reach my own personal potential and goals, I had to start looking after my body better than I was...and Donna's expert coaching has produced excellent results.
