PERSONAL TRAINING

The basic training philosophy of 'The Studio' centres on functional fitness with an emphasis on effective movement and core stabilisation. This training is enhanced through the use of a range of the most up-to-date equipment, including electronic, resistance, free weights and stabilisation platforms.

The key to effective training in 'The Studio' is for the clients to have fun and to have a positive attitude about themselves. All programs are individually created and designed to build on a client's strengths, improve weaknesses, and correct muscular imbalances. Ongoing coaching is provided that aids the client in dealing with false belief patterns and negative self talk.
